2011 kia sorento a/c problem

when a/c is on passenger side blows cold air , driver side is warm

Dumb question...are both temperature dials set to "Lo"? Also, is "recirculating air and the rear air activated?

both set to low, record air is off.

Activate both rear a/c & recirculating air. If that doesn't work, then the problem may be an electrical issue controlling the vent doors in the dash.
