2011 Sorento won’t start when weather is below about 45 degrees

We have changed the battery, starter, and both start relays. All lights work, inside and out. Does not turn over at all.
Bought a used ecm, did not have it programmed. Car did same thing, would not start when cold, but started when weather warmed up.
Please help!
