I was even impressed. The big part came from $5,500 of Kia incentives, and I just jawboned the salesman for the other $4,500. He started with $3,500, so it wasn't too difficult to squeeze another grand out of them.
I thought about the 2021, but my wife drives this one as well, and she screws up all the seat and mirror settings. Not having seat memory was one big minus for the 2021. Things like no HomeLink garage openers also annoyed me, I hate junk hanging on the visors!
Also, there were no incentives on the 2021, so I'd have been paying maybe $2,000 under sticker instead of $10,000. At to that the MSRP went up in 2021, it made the 2020 look a whole lot more attractive. The one thing I do like about the 2021 is the better LED headlights, so I had to fix that on the 2020, now I have LED headlights, and it only cost me around $300, they work great. The bonus was that they were very easy to install.
