Liftgate trim piece 2013 Sorento EX

Part 87311-2P000 Plastic chrome piece approx 3" tall at center and 18" long- Does this piece just snap on to metal bracket beneath it which camera is mounted to.

The trim piece I need advice on reattaching is the one with tape on it. Below the name plate and above the license plate

Have you tried 3M double sided tape? That's what's used to hold spoilers and emblems on...

There seems to be a clip or bracket as part of the plate mounted to the tailgate which this trim piece mounts to
