P200A Code and Passanger blendoor actuator issues

I have 2012 Kia Sorento sx. Had the intake manifold runner replaced a couoke times. has any one had the same issue. and for some reason my passanger side blend door is blowing cold air only and passanger side when heat is on. if I lower the heat on the passanger side it starts to get hot but not as hot as driver side. any one have any thoughts or ideas. thanks
