Sorrento Radio Recall issue

The radio and GPS in our Sorrento has not worked for 18 months. It worked when we bought it. We are being told it is a nationwide issue but that KIA still has no remedy for this issue. Where are all of the Sorrento owners having this issue ? We bought a Sportage, traded it in for our Sorrento and here we are. We will not be able to buy any further KIAs if this is how they handle recalls

18 months?! Tell me more about your Sorento and any other details you can provide relating to the issue.
