Why does Kia have 2 midsize suvs?!

This is alittle confusing. What's the difference between the telluride and the sorento? The telluride is a midsize suv and the sorento is a midsize suv. How do you have both? Didn't the palisade replace the santa fe? That makes sense.

For one thing Kia stopped offering the SX “Limited” trim for 2020. It was available in 2019 but the Telluride was not. I’ll bet the 2021 Sorento will also be missing limited trim. I’m not sure of all the options that were only available in the limited trim but one deal breaker for me was it is missing cooled/ventilated seats. I’m sure other features and options are missing but that was the only one important to me.
