Unlock problem

Kia Sorrento L2.4 my Kia Sorrento will not unlock when I put it in park, all the settings are set proper. I had it back four times for this issue and they cannot figure out the problem I have to manually unlock the doors when I park the car, it’s a big inconvenience.

That's really odd. What year is your Sorento?
