Kia making strange sound when in gear but not moving

Question. i Have a 2023 Kia Sorento Prestige Hybrid AWD. New car. Nice car. i Recently pulled into my driveway and my wife asked me what the noise way. I was in great, not parked and it sounded like what I would say was a halo sound. It was a soft external chime hum. When I put it natural it stopped. I put it in reverse it comes back. I assumed it was a sound to alert people around me I was in grear and be aware. Anyone have any idea of what I am hearing. Thanks

I am wondering the same, my Kia hybrid does the same thing.
