No power to fuel pump

Hello, I have an '05 Sorento that won't start. I had it running for one can of starting fluid but never again. When I turn the key on ..nothing happens. I have traced my wires thru the fuse/ relay box and everything appears to be in order.
What other control factors are there. By the way I have a brand new fuel pump installed.
