Advice please our 2019 Sorrento has 43,000 miles on it our favorite Service Advisor and our favorite Salesman says we should trade it in before it hits 50,000 miles. Do you guys out there agree that's good advice or should we keep it and hope we don't have problems after 50,000 miles that we will have to pay for. We are Senior Citizens I'm a Retired Respiratory Therapist on fixed incomes and struggling financially. Kia says our car is worth more pre 50,000 miles and they can sell it as Certified used car. Any advice is welcomed. I checked what it's worth in Kelley Blue book but don't know if they will offer us trade in value $19,158-$21,167. Our car looks mint clean back seats have never been sat in and no kidding our car looks exceptionally fine and is red in color. Please advise what I should do, Thanks! PS Any advice on if we should expect to pay near or under MSRP? What is a good deal on a new plain model EX like ours is currently.

Personally, I can't imagine it being cheaper to spend a big chunk of money on a 2021 than keep the 2019 and maintain it. We're on our 4th Kia, and they've been quite reliable. If it is running well and has no issues, I'd just make sure you keep up with scheduled maintenance and pocket the thousands you'll surely have to spend trading up a couple of years. Remember, the salesman's job 100% of the time is to sell! Of course he'd like you to buy a new car!

Thanks very much I totally appreciate your time and information you were most kind and helpful. Bless you and Merry Christmas...!!!
